Chance to Clean Cricket & Connectivity (Supreme Court directive to Sunil Gavaskar)

Thanks to Supreme court for asking Sunil Gavaskar to take over to clean the game. Gavaskar who has the record and courage to face bouncers on the field during his cricket tenure has a strong secular moral record outside the field in Public.( It is on media records that Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar had to come out on streets to save Muslims  getting attacked in his apartment block during 2002 communal riots .) Some critiques quote Gavaskar parking illegal 15000 usd in his gym locker in year 2001, but he was honest to admit this mistake.

The tenure of Mr. Shivlal Yadav and Mr. Gavaskar, however brief like Delhi-49 days AAP Government, it shall be an opportunity to clean up the BCCI’s affairs.Like AK-49 days Sarkar it is another opportunity for Public to enjoy the game and to see how Gavaskar handles the Corruption pressures.By disclosing his honest interest in advance — that he had a contract as a commentator with the BCCI –India`s best opening batsman has got off the mark with a touch of accountability and a class. For a corruption free Cricket administration, Gavaskar needs to bring in his old field qualities — the courage to evade a barrage of bouncers, the guts to carry on without the protection of a helmet and the instinct to know where the ball shall come, where the fielder is and where his stump is.

Captain M.S. Dhoni who was tainted and nor spared was driven by obvious conflict of interest, joined the chorus before the Supreme Court-appointed Mukul Mudgal Committee that Gurunath Meiyappan was not the owner or principal of CSK, but only a cricketing enthusiast.

All stakeholders with a sportsmen spirit must accept the blame for the Cricket reaching such a shameful climax that the country’s highest court has had to intervene and make arrangements to run cricket without a taint or suspicion. The Board in the past displayed fear and doubts in implementing anti-corruption transparent measures and failed to act on the evidences of spot fixing.

Supreme Court order asking the former Indian cricket captain Sunil Gavaskar as interim head of the Board of Control for Cricket in India to manage the bad affairs of the Indian Premier League this year is cheered by players, administrators, stakeholders and fans alike. Removal of N. Srinivasan, who had refused to step down as president of the Board despite his position getting over and outdated long ago is the happy outcome. The judgement also addresses the conflict of interest between Mr. Srinivasan’s double role of a franchise and as head of the national cricket body. Court has directed that none associated with India Cements should be part of the BCCI. Two former Test cricketers — Shivlal Yadav and Sunil Gavaskar will discharge the BCCI president’s functions. Gavaskar, role will be limited to IPL operations this year. Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals, the two franchises who were dragged in the scandal, will stay in the tournament.

In Cricket the public pressure, transparency and participation of both rich-poor shall never allow the game to die. With right to recall the old players and Managers driven by hidden business interests shall get replaced. Millions hope Supreme Court tries to rescue and clean with same speed the hidden Cricket played by Politicians-Corporate nexus in India.BCCI  with its Member State Associations are controlled by various traditional politicians such as Sharad Pawar, Farooq Abdullah, Rajiv Shukla, CP Joshi, Jyotiraditya Scindia, Arun Jaitley, Narindra Modi, Anurag Thakur, and others who have, over the decades, have manipulating & handpicking members of their Electoral College and under the excuse of holding “honorary posts” have made Cricket as their personnel hen who lays golden eggs. Time has come when Indian cricket bodies need to be restructured in order to clean them.

In cricket as a popular sport thanks to transparency and collective pressure put up by rich and poor audience the score board cannot be hidden. This game still has fair rules. It remains more transparent then the `political cricket` played by billionaires in the production units and factories. During Production the score board in the factories indicating fixed audit is tempered and manipulated to ease out black money to Tax Havens.

There are still experts who say there is no `honest rules` in any form of organisation from Cricket to Politics- due to no Pressure of Public. For a safe job, safe sport ,safe terror free market, safe work, safe team, safe nation and for a safe contest a transparent sharing of all money matters and wealth distribution plan by responsible stakeholders is essential. Games hold the connecting spirit and role model of any country.

It is time to change the country holistically from Cricket to Governance.

During my 2006-11 visits to Republic Of Mali a French colonised West African country, I learned about Malian Chai cultural and its magic impact.

In villages all civil servants are found missing during tea time. Offices get empty. There’s no equipment, no computers, nothing – not even a chair except a 24×7  kettle outside the office waiting for the `chai walla` to pour tea in a single glass. The single glass of tea get shared by all Malians who believe sharing enhances unity and brotherhood.  

When it is impossible to work in Africa, I learned only three things work. First is the African hungry to participate and learn new skills which I saw while installing a cotton oil factory. Second is a sharing cup of African-Malian tea and third is pirated old Hindi movies dubbed in French of Mithun Charavati Bollywood (know as `Jimmy`).This is the global reach of `Chai` as you may see in picture where workers and author wait for a tea break.

Take A `Sip` from history of Chai :

Almost five thousand years ago, when people in China started sipping  beverage made from dried leaves, different regions had different names for it. Portuguese traders, claim to be the first to bring the herbal drink to Europe in the late sixteenth century, followed new names : cha, shai, choy. Same story with overland routes to Central Asia, the Arabian Peninsula, India and Russia resulting in the hence use of “chai” in many languages. Dutch traders, who had a control on the tea trade in Western Europe—including Spain, France, Germany and Italy—got most of their derivations on its Min Nan Chinese name: té, tèh, tey. Europe as evident exported the word “te” to their colonial regions.

Thanks to media discussion of the favourite `tea comment` of Modi during his past visit to Russia where he asked tea several times but he got nothing. When Modi asked for `chai` only then he got some tea.

The BJP PM candidate almost makes it sound as if the Chinese-French-Dutch-Russians all had borrowed the word “chai” from India.

Instead of getting trapped in the patriotic riddle that My hindustani Chai is better then your tea let us talk real issues.

A global city-village needs to protect against price rise and in order to function it needs jobs, wages, electricity, water, gas, banks, marketplaces, and basic government services such as the town hall and a judiciary. The NaMo Tea Stall invited you for a cup of chai but refuses to discuss the stand of prospective BJP PM-Modi on Current A/C deficit and Fiscal Deficit. Instead on each Tea stand you hear strange religious chants of Har ! Har ! Modi replacing Mahadeva(Lord Shiva). According to AAP-leader Manish Sisodia findings the Modi Model in Gujarat has fixed Rs.5200/- as `Entry` stipend for 3 years for government posts like police, doctors, IT expert, nurses. For job confirmation after 3 years huge `bribe` in Gujarat is an open secret.

Let us dump tough questions and try to enjoy Modi `wave in Chai`.

People fail to understand Na Mo Economics with Corporate `sweetheart deals`at the cost of less wages to workers.Modi has no respect for hedging and wasting taxpayer`s money Rs 70 lakh plus while contesting safe from two seats-Varnasi and Vadodara.Shall we give a benefit of doubt to Modi and stop questioning him as he messed up in the location of Takshashila -in Bihar instead of Pakistan in his recent speech ?

Arvind Kejriwal and Congress both are American Agents and cannot fight China or Pakistan.” An elder sipping Chai said-“Vajpayee our credible ex-PM is forgotten- he tried to settle many India-Pak roadblocks over a cup of `Chai`. Today`s generation has no consultation and  respect for elders in BJP.” Advani comment on Jinnah`s `good` works and Pak is also buried over a cup of tea. Jaswant Singh ex-Defence Minister NDA has resigned says a tea drinker.

`Settle all global problems over a cup of tea`- is a world wide trend started by elite class from 7 Race Course Road to White House . The shameful list of tea party invitees at times were Osama Bin Laden invited to White House or Bhinderwala of  Khalistan demand over tea with then PM-Indra Gandhi.

Chetan Bhagat in the recent past wrote big volumes on `Corruption and how AAP can help India grow`. Thanks to impact (over mind) of  Na Mo Tea stalls, Chetan Bhagat now takes a U-turn and become Ambani-Modi Poster boy.

Instead of addressing the root cause worker- management human relations (Maurti-Nano factory strikes) Modi is often seen showing `false carrot` to the investors based on his corrupt police control in Gujarat.Modi is found protecting only the cotton exporters and traders who want to export all cotton Lint/Fiber to China with `No Quota for textile mills`. This is done for a petty short term profit.

As an Indian I tried my best to help Africans to replace the China tea leaves with India Tata Chai but failed. My African friends in several countries used to accept `free` tea leave packs but later followed their old tradition flavour of making tea outside the office using cheap outdated Chinese tea leaves. They refuse to call it Chinese tea and insist that their local tea preparation as the best.

My appeal to all tea lovers including Chetan Bhagat is to go and enjoy the NaMo `Tea`. Once the `Chai` is over ask the what they will do for a better India. If the stall owner fails to convince then ditch the stall by taking a `T` turn and explore serious and safe `desi` options.It is possible to have a corruption free life with `chai` and no Modi-there are alternatives.

In Part 1&2 of this story which appeared recently in this column, I tried to demystify corruption in India by showing as to how unfair “dollar payments” is a common thread with Jail,bail and FIR in two cases involving Mukesh Ambani-Deyani Khobragade.

Reality Check :

My son who is preparing for his class 8^th.exam wanted me to explain `Equality & Justice` wherein it was difficult to make the term simple and realistic.What adds to the collective shame is the compulsion/ the evil tradition to adopt compromising corrupt solutions. Just like our politicians, our investors and diplomats also live in a parallel bubble world with VIP privileges and birth rights. India has four sets of citizens – Devyani Khobragade vs Sangeeta Richard-a babysitter and Mukesh Ambani vs Common Man, the latter India representing 80% of  Indians. 

Aam Admi tolerates getting cheated as his pocket shrinks each day. Every persons is looking for safe protection from unfair treatment. However, in above story one party is being blamed for taking a courageous stand to speak up while the other has been turned by media-politician nexus into a  heroine/hero, whose honour gets tied up with India’s honour. The story of Ambani brothers displays crony capitalism.Here the weak Government is being commanded by getting its ministers transferred or removed at ease like a game of `musical chairs`. 

The Devyani VIP Saga

Story is new no more.It unfolds with Sangeeta Richard, the Indian national who was employed by Deyyani Khobragade in America as a babysitter and housekeeper between November 2012 and June 2013.

The `diplomat` Devyani did not pay legal wages, submitted false documents and then tried to blackmail the victim’s family by filing a case in the Delhi High Court. If Sangeeta Richard “stole” money and a phone in US  as the Indian embassy press release says, then a police case ought to have been filed in New York and not in Delhi, a city where Ms. Khobragade has connections and influence.

In New Delhi, Deyani lobbied and misused her post and succeeded in filing an IPC Section 420 “cheating” complaint with the police on July 2^nd.-2013, then an FIR on July 5 saying Sangeeta is paid Rs.30000/- This was done to anticipating a response to issue an injunction from Delhi High Court blocking Ms. Richard from initiating legal action against the diplomat on U.S. soil.Devyani also committed a moral blunder by paying Sangeeta less than Rs.25000+5000 overtime, what she promised to pay her verbally. This is precisely what officially the case is all about as `unconfirmed` sources say babysitter Sangeeta was paid only Rs.20,000/- where the written contract as per US law is 4500 usd. 

Devyani Khobragade was picked up in US from outside her daughter’s school for not paying Ms. Richard the legal minimum wage. She was humiliatingly handcuffed and strip-searched (women police) — a violation of the Vienna Convention, which lays down the guidelines for how `diplomats` should be treated. Records later point out that she was a consulate worker and was not a diplomat.

System of protecting lies and more lies :

While India has correctly objected to the treatment of its `diplomat`, it needs to address the fact that she broke the law of the host country she was posted. How much is the salary for `diplomat` can be easily seen via Bank transactions of every Indian consulate and diplomat. This means US government knew in advance the pitfalls controlling the case.

Every Indian diplomat abroad continues to tell the same lie, because none of them can afford to pay the local minimum wage when their own pay, even with the foreign allowance, is barely more than that. The victim and her family are still hiding in fear of retaliation.

Many Indians are working overtime today to expose the Ambani brothers loot behind the discussed gas robbery challenge and Delhi electricity bills. VIP protection continues to damage the `pocket` and the modest survival of a common man.

At the airport or via media awareness can easily spread. It is also the fault of host countries Immigration rules as to why they fail in filtering overseas employees and keep their eyes closed till the whistle blower forcefully appears to spill the beans.Ambassadors and High Commissioners even if honest are found turning their head elsewhere as everyone knows the porous methodology the Indian investors and companies engage in. 

Making Devyani-Sangeeta equation simple: We see both as wives, daughters and caring mothers. Both are concerned about their families. While the government-media nexus is seen expressing concern about the trauma of only one woman, there is only anger against the other. One is Aam aurut, while the other is a well-placed government official and a millionaire.

India has an ethical stand in the world as the country that won Independence from British colonialism through non-violence. Mahatma demonstrated to the world that the means are as important as the end. We can only do so if we stand up for the “weak” and not just for the mighty and the powerful.

In Mukesh Ambani`s gas scam all political parties except the left and AAP are silent and hiding from any uncomfortable questions. Sample the only media hush hush report you may find is on recent court proceedings:

Hearing of two PILs seeking the junking of the government decision to increase the gas price from $4.2 mmbtu to $8.4 mmbtu is in slow progress.This includes NGO Common Cause seeking an SIT/CBI probe into the increase of gas prices, gifting tax benefits and not insisting on the relinquishment of gas blocks in KG Basin by Reliance Industries.

Why another Indian company is used to export gas to Bangladesh at a favourable 2.34 dollars per unit ?

Dollar Payment against Constitutional Norms :

When all Indian gas produced is used in India and almost all major inputs including Human capital and experts are `desi`-indigenous then why India is gifting away payments in dollar to Reliance in KG Basin `ghotalla` ? 

Will any other Swadeshi gas producer in India get such VIP protection ? 

Imagine hiring of a plumber asked to transfer and monitor water from a ground level tank to the higher floor tank by a flat owner for 17 years.

Will the flat owner allow the plumber to breach the contract, corrupt the managers and then start charging water as per the market rate whereas the water ownership belongs never to the plumber ?

In reliance case the ownership of oil wells belongs to India and Indian people wherein the skill, technique and labour risk belongs to Reliance. 

Devyani Arrest warrant in US reads :

“Khobragade’s decision to manufacture a fraudulent employment agreement that complied with the requirements of US laws demonstrated clearly her knowledge of the applicable legal requirements.”

“Because it was created by Khobragade solely to deceive the US embassy during the victim’s (visa) interview,” the employment contract “included false statements” that made it seem as if the diplomat’s arrangement with the “victim would comply with applicable US laws”.

Government does not wake up on stories of double standards and poor service to overseas Indians which is the core issue for millions. If there is a group of forty Indians in Zimbabwe who are there without their families and they want to have a `desi` Indian cook then the Diplomacy suggests to declare a false contract not as cook but as a factory technician which gets rejected.

Why should immunity be not given in such cases to millions of Aam (common) immigrants who are send overseas on false promises. Mrs.Pratibha Patil ex- President in her lavish aprox.213 crores visit to Europe countries took 61 persons with her with 8 skilled cooks. When few Indian investors in Africa request for cook visa permit the Indian embassy with double standard fails to protect the human rights.

Should Ministry of External Affairs tell why under Indian immigration law fails to stop companies in exporting employees without written contract which is illegal? 

Can MEA share how many co. they have caught & penalized & generated punishment revenue to stop this inhuman trafficking ? 

Standing by the weak or safeguarding business of a strong ?

It is high time that the Indian government declares the code of conduct of investors and workers. Patriotism is not just about standing by the rich and powerful but about standing by Gandhi’s “last” (the poorest and weakest) individual or Ambedkar’s Dalit (oppressed) person.

Parliament Noises :BJP leader Arun Jaitley asks the government to take action U.S. diplomats, Samajwadi Party’s Azam Khan offers a seat in his constituency to Ms. Khobragade and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati says that the Indian government was slow in reacting to Ms. Khobragade’s arrest because she was a Dalit, they are ignoring the very ethos of equal rights on which our nation rests.

BJP failed in the past to take action against the business companies of its ex- President Mr.Gadkari where he declared his driver, his pundit ji, and his `bakerywala` all as Directors of his company.For more details see the srticle which appeared on 28^th. India’s policy if really interested to include concerns of 99% workers has to be holistic to safeguard people`s needs. and not the business need and greed of few. Buck of greed does not stop abroad but while bouncing back home in Delhi we find the AAP exposing how the contract culture in MCD. Arvind Kejriwal while explaining the 18 conditions of his voters on Channels exposed the exploitation as to how millions of workers sign on monthly wage of Rs.10,000/- but in actual they receive only Rs.4000/- aaprox. per month. Extortion saga by contract system does not end on the unskilled workers and there are reports of even how doctors and nurses and signing on higher salary but receive petty deducted amount at the end of the month. 

We need to formulate a single policy that deals with the concerns of Indians indigenous and abroad and — not just of diplomats but of investors, workers, sailors, businesspersons, cooks, factory fitters, fishermen and others like babysitter. Usually the foreign country immigration refuses the common investor or worker outside. The host country usually discourages cooks and babysitter as they are easily available locally . As the global and business profile of India increases, it is only natural that more Indians find themselves in legal and diplomatic crosshairs around the world. Resolving the  concerns of majority 99% Indians send abroad on verbal commitment needs to be restored instead of demanding apology from US government.

The fundamental error in Government `Desi`- Foreign service hides a short circuit in name of a tradition or `parampara`. Core issue is an economic gap: between a servant and a diplomat and between a small company and a crony capitalist like Ambani. Indian window in shape of Indian voice needs a wake up call to protect the common man and not the privileged VIP groups for justice on Indian-foreign soil as we see in Mukesh Ambani- Devyani case.

Two Indian News bites are hitting the audience again.

One is the Jail & Bail and again arrest warrant of Indian Consulate Devyani Khobragade in US -which hides several unanswered questions.

Second is the FIR on Mukesh Ambani for the KG Basin gas dollar payments-at the cost of hidden profit which is a media blackout.

`Khas`-VIP payments of `illegal` dollar currency is the common thread of both news bytes. `Back- door` setting & negotiations` appears to be a common link in both cases. Who paid 250,000/- dollars after Devyani`s arrest ? Let us the re-examine the Aam Aurat- Khas Aurut divide first. Consulate Devyani is now in India and there is a weak public demand for probe as put in section of media and her code of conduct as she is still facing arrest warrant in New York. It all started with a `normal` false contract and a fraud visa work permit.

Tit for Tat India Response :

India has reportedly taken the following retaliatory measures: (i) Removal of security barricades around the U.S. Embassy-Delhi, (ii) withdrawal of airport passes and import privileges (iii) Withdrawl of Identity cards issued to U.S. diplomats (iv) Refusal by Speaker of the Lok Sabha and the National Security Adviser to meet a visiting U.S. Congressional delegation. Some BJP-BSP politicians have also suggested prosecution of same-sex partners of U.S. diplomats.

Images of `equality` and human rights in a fast mode can help. Overseas and `desi` Indian exploitation stories are common: Workers certificates, passports are retained by the company on false excuse that this shall disallow the employee to run towards better opportunity.

In Indian work culture there is a settlement by word of mouth. Wages in India depend on number of rooms, persons in family, kids and visiting guests. Salary includes day off, `bakshish` in shape of  `tyohaari`-Holi, Diwali and so on. The engagement for overseas work is as bad as a slave with live in relationship and no `pucca` agreement. Is being Indian means being selfish with no respectable agreement?

It was NDA-BJP `Sarkar` that entered into a 17 year written contract in 2000 to allow Reliance to extract Gas from Indian Oil Wells and sell it a cost of 2.3 dollars

How the agreement got cheated by removing several ministers shows the grand skills driven by unlimited greed of Reliance ?

Balance sheets of Reliance Mukesh Ambani shows a `pucca` written agreement that the cost of producing gas in India is less then a dollar per unit.

Back to Foreign Service : Can someone in India be sent to jail for not paying a baby sitter enough? It’s unbelievable? Thanks to the feudal traditions.Sevants cannot sit on the same chairs and use same toilets. Imagine the hullabaloo and hard negotiations with freezing market prices if a servant asks for a hike in his salary.

Can we in India pay Rs.2,80,000/- per month to a baby sitter in line with the US work laws based on today`s dollar rate ? The minimum wage in US for a domestic help is 4500 usd wherein the cost of `living` and say even of buying a tooth paste overseas is 10 times more in America.

Why does the Indian foreign services system fails to protect the Aam Aurat in America ? No code of conduct of Ambani as KG Basin investor for overseas investors and no code of conduct for overseas employees both stand `real`. Ministry of External Affairs-India must announce as to how many overseas companies and foreign Indian consulates have been punished till date as millions of workers are been send out with no contract or with false verbal contract ?

Charges against Mukesh Ambani are not new. Communists in the past had been keeping this fraudulent issue alive. Arvind Kejriwal Ex- CM Delhi dared to file an FIR against Mukesh Ambani unfair loot where the neat profit on a single gas product as per AAP calculation will be Rs.54,000 crores which is Rs.14000/-crore more then the modest Rs. 40,000 crore annual budget of Delhi. Hidden nexus of Ambani-BJP-Congress is responsible for the hike in price of all essential items in India.

Any Indian Foreign Service Officer and a VIP Investor like Mukesh Ambani is expected to be an honest role models. What adds to the national shame is that the lady consulate who got arrested is on charges of fraud visa and human trafficking was working as an Indian Women Rights Lobbyist in America as per the New York Post.

Our External Affairs Ministry instead of a wake up call and correcting fault in corrupt immigration procedures is busy protecting the guilty by moving Ms. Khobragade over to the United Nations, and from an A-1 to a G-1 visa, which would grant her full diplomatic immunity. Deyani faced up to 15 years in prison. On pleading not guilty before a magistrate judge in Manhattan federal court she was released on $250,000 bail.

If this VIP `parampara` of dollar payment is not understood and does not get corrected fast such ugly hidden cases shall come out in the open. The harsh treatment given to Devanyi by the U.S. authorities is a result of India’s inability to tackle a fraud and human rights issue through diplomatic channels. If there was a chance to negotiate a mutually accepted understanding of how U.S. visa rules and minimum wage laws would apply to domestic help employed by Indian diplomats in the country, India did not exercise it because of arrogance and trust on the old faulty unsafe corrupt system?

It is not correct to brush all Business Houses and Indian Diplomats as corrupt but the 1% corrupt  are so powerful that entire foreign Services and Government of India including BJP appear to be serving only the mighty and powerful.

Unity of 99% people can save India’s global work culture and result in fair wealth distribution.

To understand Heaven-Hell divide allow me to take you back to my old published archives.

Heavens as we learn in religious teachings are known to provide unlimited luxury and rewards. People on earth are assumed to qualify for a heaven by virtue of good deeds.

Remove `e` from “Heaven” and we get a different paradise on this earth.“Tax Haven” is a hush-hush “Th” term coined by competitor banking system in early globalisation era. It points out a far away foreign offshore land used as a shelter or a hideout of accumulated money.

Heaven-code divides global citizens and stakeholders into “devils & angels”. Need and greed articulates a haven for hiding money on this sole living planet. This magic term spells empowerment with protection to crony few by accumulation of hidden money siphoned from the “parent producer” team and the country. This system which used to be a dream seller to 99% leaves the real producers of the hidden profit cheated. Majority are morally reduced as evil or lazy losers who are unable to covert the fast forward opportunity. Opportunity for selected few gets articulated by economic liberalisation. Hide and seek of this invisible money today in turbulent times is a global game in almost every part of the world. The booty popularly known as black money in India is termed as dirty money in Europe. In Africa and in the West it is identified as blood money. Politicians at large, pretending to be honest patriots, play the game often to keep the public engaged. People in a hell away from heaven remain patiently glued to their daily work with hope based on false spell of 1%.

Unlike feudal lords who used to identify a worship place used by people as a shelter or a hideout for the hard earned money, the modern industry uses offshore banks outside the country to park the loot. Such Banks are identified in countries like Switzerland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Cyprus, Bahamas, Bermuda and so on. This list of havens continues to grow to compete with each other, to protect the money of investors in foreign lands. Corporates pay extra to CFOs to help them to hide money in a Heaven. In most of the popular havens, there is no `capital gains’ tax, no corporate tax, no income tax for say 20 years, no gift tax and no withholding tax. The dirty game cannot remain so hidden- if the bank, the booty and the sources of production are found in the same country. The trick here is customer loyalty and commitment of secrecy. No one shall come to the foreign bank to park dirty money if this activity is not kept secret. Result; the bank and the host country flourishes by providing tourism incentives and luring hospitality to patriotic capitalists. The honest production driven country having no tax heavens; remains poor. However this myth gets broken when a superpower applies diplomatic pressure. According to global media last year the Swiss Bank agrees to help American Parliament fighting recession to know the names of secret account holders having American citizenship. This proves that getting the hidden money back for saving the crisis is possible.

Waste Money Management- How it works ?

Today, Production is a growth issue. When loans via Banks are awarded to the producers of mines & factories, the money is treated as private not as public or national. Present system is engaged in maximising personnel profit by individual heroism of few trusted managers. Small groups and lobbies of excellence, working in a business team, having no ownership mechanism in industry helps that 1%.

What goes wrong in a business of Hell-Haven divide?

There is nothing wrong in collective hard work, national spirit and intentions of 99% to grow. Fault lies with the deliberate design and a disconnect between the wheel of production and the consumption controlled by that 1%.Unlike BPL (below poverty line) the standard in India which helps to measure poverty there is no line to regulate, limit and count the unlimited wealth of the filthy rich. We must see the corporate modus operandi in this chain of survival of Heaven-Hell divide. Corporate in nexus with politicians fails to audit and gives no participatory role to workers. Handling of public sector business by government in India is so weak and highly corrupt that even pilots and national hockey team are not paid in time and they go on strike in India. Laws get bend and twisted in favour of the corporate. In the wheel of production the industry produces goods using casual labour monitored by managers. Part time worker as real producer is sent off as soon as production is over. So there is no sense of belonging. If workers go on strike to increase their standard of living then the paid media, governments and corporate management continues to paint them as lazy, unproductive and anti-nationals. Media understands this corporate design but ignores it in favour of corporate and government. At times, media showcases Ministers on Television declaring India falling on 132^nd position from 128^th position as per the UNDP study of 200 countries. `Rewards & Punishment` as a check-balance stands teasing and unjustified. What stands good for 1% cannot help and support the rest.

CFOs assist industrialists to steal money from the production cycle and pump it in the market of speculation and gamble called share baazar. Consumption or Industrial sales “score board” is kept hidden from the stakeholders of production and from the public investors. Unlike the wheel of production, the cycle of consumption throws open-unequal sharing, unequal profit, unequal responsibility, unequal surplus control and its dissemination. Public, in most cases as investors feel cheated but get re-convinced by the so called share market experts & promoters to invest again and again. CFOs who are well versed with Banking Laws & its twisted version are hired in the country hosting production. Back in host country say in India, these financial managers advice the Capitalist not to re-invest in the parent country as the indigenous policy analysed by them is comfortably declared as non-encouraging for faster `jobless` growth of money.

Competition in the industrial playing field is good only when the completion forces the whistle blowers to blow off the rival company. Inhouse competition in production and sales helps but it fails to stop the transfer of money to havens. For more details read my article in Hichkey published on 14^th. So long we have failed to question the base of a business paradigm that we must not expect a breakthrough and miracles. In the conventional system top leaders are expected to showcase all answers and solutions.

What if this does not work?

We often fail to encourage change because it directly shakes our blind trust, faith, beliefs and prejudices. Right from our childhood, we are programmed to escape from participating in deep experiences. We feel threatened to use simple enquiring tools like How! When! Why! Where! and so on. The nuts and bolts at the site of production and consumption need to be identified and this can help to generate black money Indigenous fund recycling monitored with strict regulations with more jobs is the only ways out.

Tax Havens-Why should we accept them ?

Helping less equals to transform into more equals can save the crisis. This is not a philanthropic business step but a long term human survival kit. It will ensure more productivity, sense of belonging, sharing, participation and `actual` consumption. If Africa and India is able to plug the weak production and sales format that allows such ongoing inhuman corruption how shall it honour the ink of its signature to UN Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC)? UNCAC clause (Article 51 & 52) has provision to help countries for recovery of hidden money in foreign lands. 

Solutions need to be rescued at gut level. If a child’s trousers get caught in the wheel, the bicycle chain is rotated back and not forward.

Recent street protest of  AAP-BJP“ has one clear qualified winner -Latthi cantered Political life style.

Battlelines for Lok Sabha election are drawn on 5^th. March-2014 day of declaration of Code of Conduct by the Election Commission. The flash point is Gujarat Police halting Arvind Kejriwal four-day tour of the state to expose BJP’s PM nominee Narendra Modi’s claim of `liquor free` developing model state. This illegal detention caused massive AAP protests outside  BJP `model` offices.

To help make the situation peaceful and to see such hate stories do not dominate every minute the public space, we need to understand as to why there is no limit to tolerance. Why there is no serious organised counselling of Political activists before the `dharana` and protest starts.

To understand the role of Volunteers in such situations allow me to revisit history of Pre-Independent India.

What happened at Chauri Chaura 19 miles away from Gorakhpur on 5^th. Feb-1922 ?

Around this day the Public anger was that Police was protecting the liquor shops business. Liquor was targeted for men who earn drink and do not participate in Freedom Movement. Instead of 200 people that day approx. 2000 people got angry and gathered. Anti-Liquor lobby as new agenda took over the Non Cooperative Movement.

Causality score card of civilians-Police clashes?

Protesters killed in police firing were three and several injured. Result ? Police Station in Chauri Chaura was set on fire and 22 Indian Policemen were trapped and burned alive.

Awareness and indiscipline of unorganised Protesters:

In India, today, a law enforcing mechanism with a Danda (baton) is expected to deliver. Those who are weak and those who fear to lose use a danda. Nothing has changed since Chaura Chauri incident and error. People led by Political Parties continue to protest against police and competitive political atrocities. All claim to follow Mahatma and his preaching.

During religious clashes both BJP-Congress are found attacking the poor people for political gains. Sample a BJP young spokesperson Nalin Kohli who is caught in camera with a Laathi during the AAP-BJP Delhi clash. He shamefully `self certified` to the media and Police that carrying a laathi during clashes is like copying Gandhian walking stick. Political Parties who conduct `laathi drills` under the hidden mask of Culture need to rethink . In Lucknow AAP-BJP clash lathi drills were demonstrated and many are now in hospital and in Jail.

MK Gandhi in the past was deeply hurt as he felt the Congress and Khilafat Movement had not sensitized the volunteers properly. What was missed is that the local leaders allowed the Mohalla Sabha which wanted the liquor shops to get closed to dominate the anger. Congress called out Non Cooperative Movement and Mahatma was arrested and sentenced 6 years jail with a delay to freedom of India by atleast five years. Congress had no plans to improve the Sevak Dal or volunteers response where the Hindu Maha Sabha volunteers also participated on few issues.

Back in Delhi : Kejriwal was apparently stopped and delayed for unfair questions by Gujarat Police about the number of vehicles in his convoy, and over a possible violation of the model code of conduct. The bigger question in Police Station remains when there is no AAP Jhadoo declared candidate in that place how can Gujarat Police act in such a false excuse. Late reports say that there was a meeting in Kharoi-Gujarat but a Modi supporter with a black flag hurled a stone at his car, smashing its windscreen.

What is new today with AAP Gandhian followers ?

Modern Gandhi Crusaders today are different. Protest against Police is much more articulated and clever with a non violence tool. Arvind Kejriwal has some guts to atleast admit errors and say sorry for clashes.

AAP 49 day Government had the courage to start by Police-Police Engagement in Delhi. Ex-CM had guts to invite the honest police persons to resign and join the movement against corruption which was beyond imagination during Pre-Independence Movement. A reward for Police martyrs of Re one crore instead of usual Rs.5 lac for fighting terrorist is also a different reforming trajectory when it was assumed that all policemen are corrupt.

Modern Gandhi Crusaders today are different. Protest against Police at times is much more articulated and clever with non violence.

Today AAP team unlike Modi team has a courage to a modest start by Police-Police Engagement in Delhi. Ex-CM had guts to invite the honest police persons to resign and join the movement against corruption which was beyond imagination during Pre-Independence Movement.

Possible Solutions :

Strong effective laws for better police- Politicians code of conduct if delivered in time can also help. To ensure less conflicts Swaraj bill with a Mohalla Samitti is must. If laws are applied correctly then fast justice can help generate more confidence and more jobs.

Only constructive participation of people, more jobs and effective laws with speed justice can stop Laathi Politics during Protest.

My appeal to all Gandhian followers and my friends is to come together and help build Mohalla Samitti first. Only peoples scientifically pooling at Mohalla level can help choose whether to have a `dava` or `daru  ki dookan`(medicine or liquor shop ) in the market.

Till then the ineffective audience must pray to close down chai ki dookan (modi) , `daru`, ink, pepper spray, laathis, shoes,Hawaii chappals to overcome this challenge.

Suggest to me a more safer peaceful route then a pending Swaraj Bill please ?
