How can a system in India allow one person to manipulate Directors in 24 companies?

A reality check on the system nursed nationally by BJP for five years and Congress for 60 years with no improvements but match fixing as and when required in the broken system speaks the bitter truth.

Politicians, investors and corporate has reduced  the largest democracy called India to a laughing stock for the world. Good advocacy and road map to end work discrimination in India is not possible without a code of conduct of all stakeholders from top to the bottom. This route cannot work without connectivity of the whole system and overall reforms in shape of a work culture revolution.

It shall shock you to learn that income of Wheat and Rice Farmers & Labor in India with 700m Population is just half of Tatas and Ambanis families each.

To stop `rapes` in Delhi and other cities there needs to be clear goal post of minimum wages as the migrant workers cannot bring their families in Delhi slums from their distant villages.Indian media today should gather some courage to highlight

this fact.

Samjhota Express was started on July 22, 1976 following the Shimla Agreement and ran between Amritsar and Lahore, a distance of about 42 km and then later it ran from Delhi to Lahore.

`Samjhota` Express as a train is important to fight cross border terrorism by opening passenger travel and the Aam Admi cross border communications.

Trade ties got established between the two countries in 1975 under the Simla Agreement. More than 173 items were listed for trade between the SAARC countries during Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto rule in Pakistan. After the army coup, General Zia made stringent laws to curb Indian trade. India imported sugar in huge quantities during 1998-99, besides dry dates and rock salt and exported soya meal feed, ginger, cardamom, spices, tyres and cement.

Indian traders feel that they had been able to forge a feeling of trust and faith with their counterparts in Pakistan.

Delhi government on February 11, 2014 directed the Anti-Corruption Branch to register an FIR against the chairperson of Reliance Industries Limited Mukesh Ambani, union petroleum minister M Veerappa Moily, former petroleum minister Murli Deora and former director general of Hydrocarbons VK Sibal under various sections of the Prevention of Corruption Act (PCA).

Mukesh Ambani stands exposed of looting profit by Rs.1,25,000 crore by fixing price of crude oil and gas at more then 8.2 dollars per barrel which is more then 4 times then the price in Russia, in America and in Saudi Arabia.

Mukesh Ambani a Patriotic Indian ?

The worst anti-Indian Pol Khol is seen how a `dummy` company buys oil from Reliance-Mukesh Ambani oil well and sells it to Bangladesh at 2.34 dollar per barrel while Indians suffer at the four times more cost of gas and oil. Lodging an FIR against former Chief Minister Sheila Dixit by Delhi Anti-Corruption Branch is a good Governance move. 

FIR position and its details in connection with a street light CWG project has several interesting fallouts with few side effects in the life of common people. 

Why the street lights say at cost of less then Rs. 6000/-were purchased by Delhi Congress government  at Rs.25000 each ? 

Why the competitive BJP with ruling corporaters majority in the MCD decided to purchase same light at even more inflated corrupt price of approx. Rs.32000 each. 

The final losers remain the helpless people as taxpayers. 

In reverse social engineering the AAP government may find it difficult to survive. However the future Swaraj Bill, Mohalla Sabhas with the `Right to Recall` the elected representative shall empower the hard working 99% public to question their Nagar Sevaks. 

Why, how and from where say approx.24 crore worth flower  pots (gamlas) were purchased during Common Wealth Games ? 

From which Mohalla and from which suppliers these flower pots were purchased ?-chips in an AAP supporter. 

Where did the flower pots go after the games were over ? 

Where did the CWG purchase committee buy the expensive toilet tissue papers ?

Rahul Gandhi as a section of media and RSS puts  was caught by FBI at Boston airport with illegal 200,000 dollars with his combodian Girlfriend, who was the daughter of a Combodian drug mafia. Why BJP Government then failed to lodge an FIR and expose this issue ?

Why RSS and BJP fails to lodge an FIR in such sensitive issue and why they still protect Modi in his famous Gujarat bloodbath statement :

“Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.”

Why should Arvind Kejriwal get angry and always sit on Protest-Dharna chips in a television channel ? 

Channel and the selective media fails when the same question gets reversed : 

Should we stop the Aam Admi from getting angry if Police refuses to register FIR against a rape ? 

Anger is an essential human emotion which cannot be wished away. 

In holy Gita is not true that Lord Krishna as `Khaas Aadmi` showed his `angry form`(Vikral Roop) to motivate Arjun for political war ? 

Why should we expect the AAP Nagar sevak leadership to be at par with the God. 

The FIR syndrome against Shiela Dixit also demonstrates the common sense that instead of Post analysis of expenses there will be pre-analysis of each and every public expense from the Government treasury. 

Need of the hour and correct priority is to consolidate or to build Mohalla Samatti or organise local people to shoot the emergency troubles for 99%. 

This needs simple efforts to blow ownership rights among the 99% people who produce real growth and pay real taxes. 

The buzz today remain that People are now hungry for Self rule or Swaraj. People need to learn fast from their day to experience and discard old traditional politics and its leaders. 

Hence fellow citizens you need to realise your own power of unity. 

Be prepared to take a risk for a better society. 

Do not rely on old traditional politicians to change system for you.

We live in an unexplained world where poor people walk miles to earn food and rich people walk miles to digest food.

We live in a society that is designed by intelligent planners who try to sell air travel less then our Railway travel and keeps the middle class happy.

Pizza reaches home faster than an ambulance and Police.

We live in a system where decision makers in city make Agro plans for villages and industry but never care to visit the sites at ground zero.

We live in system where capital is worshipped but human capital involved is treated as dirt.

We live in a society where in order to produce in farms-factories, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing but demand to be worshipped as Economic Gods.

We live in the political world where still do not have right to recall their elected Nagar Sevaks or MPs.

We live with our work systems where the company can terminate the services of an employee/partner/slave any time without any fair trial at the site of the work.

Hire and Fire management policy protected by Governments is normal but no opportunity for victim to defend self needs support and future trend.

We live in a system where Bank loan which is a Public Money gets converted fast into a soft easy Private profit.

False Board of Directors resolutions are popped up to match the bank loan requirement but in actual there is no participatory democracy.

We live in a system where grand plans and false declarations are given to fetch bank loans but no clear role and respectable amount is paid to the ground team and the contributors.

We live in a society where 99 % are asked to trust the planners blindly and work harder without asking for more.

Car loan @ 5% but education loan from a bank @ 12%.

How and Why ? Do not ask but think to see the links if possible.

We live in a nation where Rice is almost a dollar per kg or Rs.60/- per kg and the Sim Card for mobile is free.

We live in Society where more then 50% have mobiles but more people go out for toilets.

Where a millionaire can buy a cricket or fotball team instead of investing money in villages to generate more jobs.

IPL Cricket teams are auctioned at 3300 crores and we are still a poor country where people starve for 2 square meals per day.

Where the footwear, we wear, are sold in AC showrooms, but vegetables, that we eat, are sold on the footpath.

Where we make lemon juices with artificial flavours and dish wash liquids with real lemon.

Farmer against farmer, technician against technician ,manager against manager, worker against worker, director against director, politician against politician are pitted in the goal of few which allows making as much money as possible in shortest possible time.

This senseless greed of 1% people is responsible for the global crisis, recession and conflicts.

Time running out for those 1% to accept a long pending `change` in the systems or disappear like their loot which is parked hidden in `tax heavens` and in temples.

Did our Freedom Fighters sacrifice for this ? 

Wake up before it is too late.
