Decoding President Republic Day Speech and links with Aam Admi/common man.

Why his Excellency President of India cannot not practice what he preaches today-65^th. Re-Public day ? 

On the holy occasion of the 65^th.Republic Day let us see what President tells in para 12 of speech….Quote : 

“Fellow Citizens: …A democratic nation is always involved in argument with itself. This is welcome, for we solve problems through discussion and consent, not force….. India must find its own solutions to its problems.” 

Uquote : 

There is not single word in the speech as to how the 50% India`s women security deadlock in Delhi and in India needs to be solved. 

Is it because our President own son and MP had in the past given a loose statement against women protesters against gang rape calling them `dented and painted` ? 

Why has the President speech not covering as to how the Police in Delhi under Centre Government fails to register even a petty FIR by a common Indian ? 

Our President in fifth para of his speech says: 

” ……Elections do not give any person the licence to flirt with illusions. Those who seek the trust of voters must promise only what is possible. Government is not a charity shop.” 

Why his Excellency President of India cannot not practice what he and our Government preaches today on 65^th. Re-Public day ? 

Allow me to revisit Parliament archives as follows where Minister Mukherjee was trying to form consensus on FDI as FDI is certainly not a charity: 

FDI policy rocked Parliament on 29^th. Nov-2011 for third day; both houses adjourned.

What did Minister Pranab Mukherjee tell the media ?

Pranab dada told them that no decision on FDI and double taxation could be taken without consulting the Union Cabinet, which had approved allowing 51 per cent FDI in multi-brand retail last week. 

“I would like to be guided either by Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (DTAA) or tax. There cannot be a situation that somebody will make money on an asset located in India and will not pay tax either in India or to the country of its origin….Please remember, when the foreign investment was not there we did not eat lizard….. Therefore, we are not in that desperate a situation that a country of 1.2 billion people will be treated as a tax haven like Cayman Islands, Isle of Man or Virgin Island. We cannot be equated with them,” the minister Pranab Mukherjee said. 

Allow me please few words as collective humble contribution based on FDI struggle and experience: 

• America still had the Best Governance and participatory Model at town/village levels in the recent past.
• Public Participatory Model rejected Wal Mart in retail on several occasions and disallowed corporate to run Banks in America.
• In India/Africa/Asia market American Corporate and American Government Nexus appears to buy support via Horse-trading in foreign Parliaments.
• Prof Arun Kumar article in 2011 on willingness of Corporate in America to pay  more Taxes is as usual a good exposure/post-mortem for immediate survival of Americans.
• Prof Arun argument in the said article had no connection with same corporate behaviour say of Monsanto in India.
• Why Corporate in America are forced to do so  ?
• Why Rich in America and Rich in India do not think alike for their self survival ?
• Coz American parliament unlike India has seriously warned Swiss bank to disclose list of American Black money hiders asap.
• American Corporate who are worlds biggest and worst borrowers/loan defaulters are living not only on borrowed money but also on borrowed time.
• America makes the currency of other countries weak by endless, limitless and senseless global borrowing.

• I think all of us support commons in America but at times we are forced to lick our wounds in Asia/Africa where we find American corporate-Politician intervention hunting blood, searching more power and hugging more greed.

• If the cost of Investment of a common man say for example in Africa for a study in a university is suddenly up by 15% in the last 20 days it means that America has borrowed 15% more wealth from pockets of all Global citizens.
• There is no guarantee for recovery of this 15 % loan by America as this is as good as a borrowing on a non refundable basis.
• For money, investment and Rules there is no Global equal playing field.
• In India Corporate driven by well wishes and `intelligent` CEOs continue to advise middle level investors to hide money in Tax Heavens Gold and in Temples.
• No one is bothered to increase the purchasing power of the poor as `consumers` in the Market for the long term survival of Rich.
• There is a long overdue need to have a more equal global participatory model from remote villages to the World markets.
• Till then…Jai Ho America Role Model !

The word Police originates from the Latin word ‘Politia’ meaning ‘civil administration’, which derives from the Ancient Greek word ‘polis’ meaning ‘city’. There are majority of honest people still in police system Why are they never able to protect the Politics of 99 % hard working Public who are the real masters of Delhi and its economy ? Unequal social and economical justice remains the root reason for people getting angry and supporting AAP on the new format of Swaraj resulting in street fights and pitched battles to bring Police under control of real masters in future.

How has the Delhi CM protest politics changing the equation fast ?

Police, Public, Politician and Parliament all 4 Ps are inseparable. Before birth of a new system labour pain and bleeding is absolutely normal. PTI today reports lower level police officials were with AAP. Two former top government officials, including a bureaucrat, will help the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi realise its promise of ‘swaraj’ and monitor the anti-corruption helpline for the people at a token salary Re 1/- each. Former Delhi Police joint commissioner N. Dilip Kumar, who is to monitor the AAP government’s anti- corruption helpline to nab bribe takers, will also draw Rs. 1 per month as ‘symbolic amount’.

“A man resigned and came to join us. He had tears in his eyes. Another man who was shouting slogans in our favour was suspended. There will be a rebellion in Delhi Police too,” CM Arvind Kejriwal said today running his office from the Sadak outside Rail Bhavan.

Corruption is a systemic collective community problem and is not a individual driven problem. Corruption canvas is designed to serve the corrupt which includes few corrupt while majority people are honest. Corruption canvas in ministry can be broadly divided into two parts : Corruption during delivery of services to common man and Corruption during sale of natural resources or 3M satellite routes to 1% Corporate-Bankers-Politician-Police Nexus.

Police in any democratic country continues to be the first `street smart` agent to protect the Human Rights of a common man. Take any problem from stolen mobile to missing passport, to jumping of traffic rights,to denial of home loan by bankers, to murder, to rape we just cannot jump and ignore the police network in a civil society.

In any situation Police avoids to register the complain as the first incidence report

Why ?

To protect the governance `anarchy` under the civil administration mask and to earn bribe as profit out of this situation. Many policemen off the record claim having paid 50 lac to get posted on the station of their choice and auction of police station posting is an open secret.

Let us see how the Police in Delhi is championing the Human Rights of 99% Indians ?

In 2012 a village Sarpanch and a leader of Punjab’s ruling Shiromani Akali Dal was repeatedly shown on television slapping a lady teacher as she demanded a permanent contract for a dignified teaching adhoc job. As usual, police officers present at the spot shown on Television refused to act against violence.

Back in Delhi several teachers and security guards are on contract and underpaid but police refuses to even hear such cases. Why should a criminal person who gets elected as MP/MLA continues to get VVIP privileges not only for five years but also at times life long ? It shows how weak is the national policy to generate jobs and ensure productivity.

Worst was reported by women rights activist of Krishna Nagar Ms.Zulekha who lost her husband a street fruit vendor who was beaten to death by police on having refused to pay Rs.500/- weekly bribe.

Sample another Delhi unsolved incidence twenty years ago :

It has been brought to my notice by resident of Vishwas Nagar east Delhi constituency a case of forceful and illegal encroachment by Delhi Fire Service of the victim`s property of 1411 sq yards in Village Baharpur, Tehsil Mehrauli under Kalkaji Police Station.

It is highly unfortunate that Mr.Chaman Lal had been given false promises by Ex-CM-minister of then BJP Government Smt. Sushma Swaraj and later Shree Madan lal Khurana and Shree Sahib Singh Verma.

Later Mr.Arvinder Singh Lovely and Mr. Wallia had been turning a deaf ear since past 15 years on the written prayers of the said victim for political intervention and justice by the ruling governments on the land grabbing initiated by the government servants of Ministry of Urban affairs shows a `match fixing` by police.

I have studied his case files ,property papers and correspondence carefully with initial written complain to SHO-Kalkaji given twenty years before on 16/2/1994 against the bully and forceful  encroachment supported  by traditional political set up of the past 20 years. The police demanded Rs.10,000/- for looking into this matter and even after paying Rs.7000/- no FIR was lodged then and even today.

This grabbing of land as per the court agreements was done  after breaking the boundary wall of the victim. His office property including one staff quarter rooms and one shop were broken and bulldozed forcefully in his absence as he was out to attend some `Satsang` outside Delhi. All household asset and shop goods were robbed and Life threat to the guard was given and later the guard was forced to run away under threat to save his life.

It unfortunate since September-2004, the Fire Service officers under patronage, nexus and protection of Ministry of Urban affairs were asking huge bribe to vacate this land although the `victim`had been religiously paying all land tax dues till date of this land which was forcefully grabbed since 2004.At present only 311 sq yards is given back to this real owner while 1100 sq yards is still under illegal encroachment by Delhi Fire Service.

Now instead of court litigation defendant Delhi Fire Service officials want an amicable solution but the victim wants solution under guidance of new AAP.

Bhushan Kumar Malik an NRI and resident of A1/42, Mianwali Nagar; New Delhi-110087.Mianwali Nagar tells his entire colony  resides in state of terror due to nexus of police and MCD.

Face any problem of small inner roads entering the resident societies you again cannot ignore the role of Police for daily commuting. In Srestha Vihar market the corporator-MCD-Junior Engineer and Police all can be seen misusing the market space for private and personell business in Shretha vihar East Delhi-92.

MCD Engineers and offices play games since past several years and give excuses that building material can only be removed when the MCD gets another space to park it.

MCD Government trucks are streamlined to come and pick up the material daily whenever they get a customer to buy river sand or bricks.

Public is forced to accept the parking space to be used for private retail business under the hidden mask of Government MCD officials.

Residents and the market users are all suffering with shrinking space for the parking and petty fights over encroachment of other parking are often seen.

At the time for medical emergency we find the inner roads totally choked and blocked by unregulated cars due to business intention of MCD.

People`s backing of law and monitoring of police in the need-supply engaement is a must. If laws are applied correctly fast justice supported by distribution of wealth generated can deliver more work as a team. This shall ensure less conflicts. Better governance with no `Politician-Police politics` and no protests is possible. Politicians at large must stop nursing the governance of 1% people by using police as a tool of extortion during conflict management.

Only constructive participation of people, more decent jobs, safe roads and effective laws with speed justice can stop police misplaced politics. Logically discipline must start at the bottom and maintained at the top.

Active participation of people can help bring a change and bring police under new future collective control of both Delhi State and Central Government of India.

Time is changing fast and so is the public attitude towards Dilli life and survival. Empowerment is the new visible electro- magnet force firing people to join AAP movement. 

Selection of the Candidate for the coming Lok Sabha had never been under such a sharp microscope of public scrutiny. With emergence of new breeze called Aam Admi Party the selection process for contesting candidates even within the Aam Admi party is changing fast. 

So what is new ? 

Let us revisit the recent past. Auction of MP tickets in hush ! hush ! manner in a close party headquarters was the old accepted norm. The old hidden buzz word was that if `this` candidate is giving Rupees three crores as party fund in cash he stands disqualified. Why ? coz another powerful businessman candidate under the mask of a politician has offered four crores. No one in the traditional political parties was bothered to send the candidate first to the people for seeking their recommendation. 

New party AAP claims to outsmart this corrupt old tradition of `match fixing`. It throws a fresh format of a genuine future selection procedures for an MP in the coming Lok Sabha. The aspiring candidates are asked to submit 1000 signatures from the constituency with 100 each from each assembly. Let us sample the activity at ground zero. There are 10 Vidhan Sabha segments say in  East Delhi constituency in line with the EC Directives. AAP applicant needs to submit a proposal with full details of 100 persons in each Vidhan Sabha. This intelligent move although in conventional competitive market format promises a new trend for fair, transparent and an honest competition among the possible candidates applying to be the leader or the representative/ `sevak` of the people and aspiring to be a AAP Lok Sabha candidate. 

At the work sites the situation is worst. The grievances of poor in jhuggi and slums stand bleeding and unsolved. Common problems in abundance observed in the East Delhi are poor sanitation, no toilets, no pucca house, no ration card, overcharged power and water bills, no adequate street lights, underpaid wages, broken street lamps, no proper roads, pension on papers but in actual pension stopped since years and unsafe women citizens and so on and so forth. 

Let us examine few micro details with evidences : There are no toilets in Indra Camp,Kayanpuri-Vidhan Sabha Kondli. AAP new volunteer Shri Gulshan and the community chief with women voters tell how the authorities in 2011 had demolished the only public toilet of 32 seats for 10,000/- voters residing here in this Jhuggi. 

Since past 3 years all men, women and children are forced to go out for unsafe toilet in open in this small segment of Kondli Vidhan Sabha. 

AAP needs to update volunteers on holistic lines. How a safe toilet is responsible for better health of people ? There are `eye opener` studies conducted and published by The Hindu Newspaper in the past as to how and why the `height` of teenager going out for toilet in India-Africa remains short. Why in Delhi more then half the population go out in open to excrete and urinate with an unsafe health communication ?

On communication front why the SIM card for a mobile is offered free by sellers but going to public toilet it costs more ? 

Another new activist and Zulekha Begum of Krishna Nagar who had been working for years on women issues needs AAP help to put pressure on Police to cooperate and do justice on domestic violence cases along with encroachment and bank loan issues against house papers of several women members and volunteers. Zulekha lost her husband a street fruit Vendour who was bashed to death by police on having refused to pay Rs.500/- weekly bribe. 

Shree Gopal Sahu a visually handicapped but politically awakened old supporter of AAP residing in Ravi Dass Camp,Patparganj tells in detail how Shri Arvind Kejriwal in 2006 motivated him for betterment. 

List of grievances are different in East Delhi middle class. Here people want AAP not to trust the poor Jhuggi dwellers. Interestingly same set of voters not ready to run their daily works without maids, drivers, plumbers and vegetable vendors all who reside in nearby slums. Few supporters caution my AAP team with their old reasons as to why according to them the oral contract workers should be never be made permanent. What they miss to explain is why they have failed to be the wise masters to monitor and motivate productivity at worksites via servants. They also fail to explain as to how can the rapes and chain snatching and robbery stop when under Delhi Government and MCD schools the contractors are free to collect signed salary of school guards fixed at Rs.10,252/- but in actual the employee is given only Rs.5000/- per month.

Both the poor and middle class need to improve their trust,relationship and dependency for better and safe Delhi.

As a learning student of Vyavastha Parivartan allow me to sum up my `Take Away` from East Delhi supporters : 

The mind set of the Aam Admi is still searching a hero or a powerful leader to do magic and to deliver. 

Result ? my team gets endless urgent phone calls to reach and to settle the mentioned issues fast. 

My `funda` of Swaraj stands simple. People need to be self dependent. Getting united on common issues after understanding the `unity` of their own `body organs` can holistically help. Outsourcing help by people should be allowed only when the accidental body in emergency needs external blood which means when there is a police and hospital deadlock and the government institute refuses to deliver support. 

Few voters want AAP to help their father leave alcohol drink habit. We cannot run for outsourcing help on getting minor cuts on our body say while shaving so such calls need to be attended by the victim`s kiths n kins and neighbors. 

People must initiate solutions locally. To overcome distress or when situation needs external pressure at police station or at the hospital for emergency admission the AAP outsourced call and help speaks sense. 

People accustomed to the old corrupt delivery system controlled by a single leader and Neta`s old corrupt network are still not ready to outsource help from outside their environment.Public is slow in recognizing their collective ownership rights. AAP new political breeze is welcomed but still there are no enough goal shooters, goal savers,navigators and rank and file members in slums and even higher middle class.This means energy transformation for a new system is also slow.Much energy due to no organised movement still stand outside untapped and unused. 

AAP help lines are serving good by the new government but are unable to provide local trained trouble shooters and vanguards in time. 

Need of the hour is to consolidate or to build mohalla samatti or organise Local peoples to shoot the emergency troubles. AAP needs to work on a uniform Swaraj format and evolve a guideline mechanism for fire fighting with better organisational handling. 

This brings us back to the moot question as how can the Selection process of the people will be better and more transparent ?- To choose the correct future `Savak` or Aam Admi candidate for election of MP/MLA, Corporater and future new Mohalla Samittis representatives. 

Newer and better Delhi is bound to bounce back in near future with Swaraj-Self Rule or Peoples Raj.

Celebrate Humanity by Donation of Organs-2005.

My tribute to Mr. Vijay Singh Nakoti who died in ICU due to doctors negligence.

A revisit to my past-(2000-5),reminds me of my extensive tours and travel plans in India for business, sale of Life Saving Devices. Ordinary overloaded buses ,shared jeeps, tireless rides in the difficult village terrain kept me engaged and updated. Village haat (baazar) ,new customers and new friendship always kept me rich and gave me a cheerful experience. Rubbing shoulders with `Aam admi`-the common man and joyful journeys kept me fit and alert at ground zero. As a learning student at the end of any hard day work my balance sheet of experiences and its self audit was important.  

I used to put my experiences straight in Hindi as `Muhhoobat Nafrat ka khatha`- a Love Hate account. 

Doctors and most hospital administrators liked me not because was of my expensive & `branded` business solutions but because of my blunt attitude & my straightforward professional suggestion. Helping and informing my new business partners how to refill their emotional bank was my passion. Instead of getting trapped via pundit ji or an astrologer or an expensive doctor I advised my clients to control their own future. This self communication and business `funda` about your own irreversible day and actions against all odds was never easy. Surgeons who knew me and understood the importance of my scientific information asked me to meet them inside the restricted Operation Theatre. Then there were hospital administrators who at times hounded me and hated me when they used to see me removing my mask while coming out of the operation theatre. Their remarks were loud and very clear : 

`You are not an expert`. 

Yes ! I never claimed to be an expert but a student of life and its safety.

It required a daily skill to polish presentation. To compete in the market. A chiselling attitude to Stay-in-Alive. My vision was simple : Never run after the business; the business shall run after you. Control the environmental cycle the business with goodwill shall start knocking your doors.

So what did I pour daily in my love hate cycle ? On my love list the philanthropic contacts of people was endless. It included young and old doctors, technicians who used to share free medicine, free ECG camps, free blood sugar diagnosis for poor at week ends. Then there were promoters of companies importing household blood sugar test devices, Red Cross Society motivators, Blood pressure digital set promoters, Oxygen concentrator importers, Nebuliser sellers, Medical representatives, writers, journalists and of course motivated free blood donors. 

Management tricks, I learned fast and `free of cost`. I never got any formal expensive training in any renowned institute. It is a different experience that I keep reading management stories which helped me to polish my business and social skills.I recollect in 2002, I was invited  to conduct workshops in Army and ITBP hospitals based in Kashmir Valley and they were wise enough to send the bullet proof closed jeeps to pick me up from the Airport. My stay for a week and outings was pre- planned with enough security but my well wishers in Delhi never wanted me to visit Kashmir the border state with Pakistan haunted by terrorists. 

My organised and unorganised `capacity building` and `life safety` workshops and subsequent presentations was my daily work .Dwelling on subjects like if you get your finger chopped in an accident what needs to be done was religious ? How the accidental `divorced finger  say in a factory which was chopped off needs to be handled ? How this separated finger can be carefully  refixed  ?-Provided the survival time between the chopped finger or a hand or a foot is managed and within next few hours it is taken to the operation theatre and surgery is done within the recommended time limit.

As a team leader and as a promoter of scientific devices which can be used by non medical persons, I was engaged in promotional stories. Few new and old stories used to revolve around the organs like Heart, Lungs, Brain, Eyes, Ears, Fingers. How these vital organs work in strict coordination as a team ? What if the organs become arrogant, compete, corrupt and start in-house fight and divorce each other ? What if they stop supporting each other ? My reverse engineering lessons learned in the market are still incomplete and need a daily correct support. 

I remember the day when one of my customer ; a renowned cardiologist of ex- PM-India and HOD-Cardiology-AIIMS- Prof.S.C. Manchanda called me . His advise was to meet and collaborate with a new NGO involved in donation of body organs like heart, limbs, kidney, liver, eyes, ears. This new social collaborator in my business workshops gave me new ideas ,new stories and new business plans with new permutations & combinations. This NGO team was trying hard to motivate people to donate their organs. As per my crude standards the team leaders were weak in communication and they were not able to convert the God fearing north Indian as possible donors of their organs after death. Traditionally in India after `natural death` people do not entertain the idea about their bodies to be cut open and post-mortem done. 

After death the organs today are safely removed by the intervention and at the cost  of  the said NGO or hospital cost and are then safely transferred to the recognised Donor organ banks. Later it gets audited by transparent list of doners. and beneficiary list chosen for implants also needs to be matched. Audit and transparency in this holy sensitive work is a must. Donation of organ always taught me the importance of time management which demands quick decisions within the time frame. If the eyes of the donar are not removed and transplanted within four to six hours after the biological death the donation exercise and its social audit is deemed as useless. 

Unfortunately this challenging team work of organ collection and donation failed. Promoters could not meet their target of winning atleast one donor each week. One fine morning the team vanished without informing me. Suddenly I realised that I used to scold and tease the promoters a lot. This NGO never contacted me again. Then after several years a well wisher rang me up in my father`s house in DehraDun from Calcutta and asked me to switch on the Television. I saw several channels giving coverage of a heroic NGO organisation works called Ganadarpan. For days together few national channels endlessly discussed the increasing list of several lakh organ doners. This was discussed along with a sad occasion and the last rites of the ex-CM of WB, Shree Jyoti Basu who had donated all his organs via this NGO. Dead body and brain for research students was preserved for several days. I was happy to see this success story of Organ donation on National television channels. This religious work of donation which got written off from my memory and from my selfish list of relationships was a self reminder that I was a lazy team leader who needs a lot of improvements. Recently Pak. PM-Yousuf Raza Gilani announced that he shall donate his liver after his death. Organ donation still needs Asian Poster Boys like Kamala Hassan(Bollywood star) to promote and make the donors generous. 

A TNN report says around 3000 patients die each day due to no generous attitude of Indian organ donors. Indian donation score card today is 0.08 donors per million population while a small country Spain has 35.1 organ donors per million. According to Union Health Minster of India, GulamNabi Azad only 38,000 eyes are collected annually against more then one lakh Corneas replacement appetite in India.  

My web of business stories at times got inspired by Hollywood movies like `Baby Day Out`. Source of one new story was inspired from Indian Epic `Arjun in mahabharat` who gifted to Bheesaham Pitama a pillow and a bed made by shooting arrows in the battlefield. Position of galaxy of arrows and the uplifted chin of the victim was such positioned that it helped the victim to stay alive for several days. It is the lifted position of the chin that did the trick to delay the death. Just as the arrows were never removed the modern science teaches tell us why not to remove the knife from the unconscious stabbed victim till the expert help is not reached. Motive behind this exercise is to delay and if not defeat the arriving chariots of Yumraj the Hindu God of Death. 

Why a pillow should not be used under the head of an unconscious victim ? Why a pillow or support with height under the foot instead of support under the head is better while saving the life of an unconscious person was a challenge ? Such myths, stories and epics helped me to make my scientific presentations interesting. Silent self learning and my experience was also getting rich. 

Paramilitary doctor friends from forces(Army, Navy, Airforce and police) enjoyed sharing with me the valuable X-ray reports of soldiers  reported fit but were still carrying compromised bullets inside the body. Bullets inside the body are left untouched or are not removed. The is wisely done by team of doctors who do not want to risk and unplug the wound. A risk in such a situation can keep the team organs dis-united. 

Unfortunately at times when you find a victim in ICU struggling to keep his own `team organs` like heart lungs and brain in shape with help of external oxygen and ventilator and then when you hear that most of the doctors and nurses go on Dusshera Holiday and leave the victim alone then there is something seriously wrong in our collective team work. Consumer pressure and culture in this direction is already weak. Why we still hesitate to question powerful hospitals, bankers, insurance, police, transporters, Netas, Abhinetas ? Such hesitation or  pitfalls if any should remind us about our own lack of confidence and experience in applying the magic of correct team work and enjoying the Win Win results. 

During my search for solutions, I try to learn and practise to shoot problems and not persons. I aways tried to look for what is wrong before looking into who is wrong. This helped me to nurse relations for long and protect them.

Day to day speed breakers in a vertical business team like assistant-boss coordination, trouble shooting skills, relationship magic (with or without gifts) which I acknowledge each day still tease me. They need collective improvement. Alone I cannot force a change. Business by heart or `business by mind` or by both needs more exploring.  A fun filled light hearted work culture as religion is another challenge still untouched by me and several others. 

How to cheer and motivate teams during sports event, during industrial production, blood donation and religious gathering still needs more time. Time is the villain and it is just vaporising fast. Are we ready ?Are we ready to build a new day, a new love list with no hate, a new task , a new solution at our daily work sites ? 

The choice with time to live and celebrate humanity is all yours !

After Janta Dubar withdrawal delhi`s People Grievance mechanism need peoples protection & participation

Janta Durbar or People Grievance platform of CM-Delhi and others ministers was a baby`s first step to help defeat the unfair system which was running on network of corruption. Delhi`s People Grievance mechanism needs people protection and participation at ground zero. 

People in large number are pouring in any AAP meeting with loads of their collective and personnel grievances. This public outburst shows that how the hidden `pains` stands unaddressed since several decades by the old broken, corrupt and disconnected system. 

Instead of Pehley aap !.. Pehley aap ! ( First you…First you) protocol in an organised civil administration at times Public meetings go out of hand and become a satire with `pehle ! me` `pehla ! me` ( First Me) syndrome. 

People in Janta Durbar or Mohalla Sammitti are so passionate to get connected with `new` leaders and CM that they fight to grab the mike and want to air their pains and grievances. 

The mind set of the aaam admi is still to wish  a hero or a leader single handed to do magic and deliver results.

People accustomed to old corrupt delivery system controlled by a single leaders are still not recognizing their ownership rights. 

The reason is there was no collective mechanism called mohalla samaitte at that time. 

The new government Janta Durbar step needs to be welcomed. Need of the hour is consolidate or build mohalla samatti organization in each ward via trained volunteers to shoot the troubles of residents and evolve a mechanism for fire fighting with better organisational handling. 

CM-Delhi last such  ‘janta darbar’ ended in total chaos, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday said there would be no such public meets and the government will open new channels where people can report their grievances online, via post and through calls. There are people who just want to meet the Chief Minster, “so I will be available once a week for two to three hours to meet the people. People need not come to us at local level for their grievances. For that we are opening several avenues”. 

Imagine a small cut while shaving a beard. Do we have to run to hospital for medical aid ? 

No ! we have to allow the body holistic swaraj and `civil engineers` body platelets to naturally stitch the minor blood flow and stop the blood by cold water and by manual pressing. 

Rather than addressing the complexities of people`s relationship with Nagar Sevak to an advantage, the rotten old system allowed its misplaced judgment to cloud its decision-making on palm greasers and corrupt middle men. Instead of wielding a partnership with the people of Delhi by addressing their grievances and assuaging their fears, `Netas` had put in place a system of extended patronage pivoted on select individuals. This was to serve as a one-stop fix-it-all. Not only was it a short cut to “manage” the state rather than “govern” it, it was also a means of checking dissent and Delhi inherent proclivity for self-governance which traditional political parties perceived as secession. 

Sample a local comment to see how the traditional parties like BJP-Congress react to Janta Durbar :

 

“Think over it -if he(Arvind Kejriwal) become P.M of this country crores of people might be coming to Delhi to get their electricity connection restored or their water meter repaired what a fools paradise we are living now ?” 

What these traditional corrupt parties leaders do not tell is why was Sheila Dixit –Anil Ambani nexus in 2007 allowed to inflate power bills three to four times without matching the purchasing power of pockets of aam admi that kept getting squeezed ? 

The reason is there was no collective mechanism called mohalla samaitte at that time. 

At present, I am trying to establish a Jan sampark yatra ( Journey to connect people problems) each day to meet people of East Delhi constituency and understand their problems. 

A girl from Gandhi Nagar phoned me early morning on my number saying that she wants to stop the alcohol habit of his father. She wanted all the liquor shops to get closed immediately? My humble submission is instead of outsourcing political help to settle such issues there should be mobilisation of neighbours and relative consoling. 

In Gandhi`s Gujarat there is `daru` being sold in backdoors of `Kirana` Shop which shall need a national policy attention and it is not clear that why should people working to survive under pressure to excel in their  daily work drink at the cost of family unity. 

The new government Janta Durbar step needs to be welcomed only to meet the CM. Need of the hour is to consolidate or to build mohalla samatti-Local peoples parliament organization to shoot the troubles of residents and evolve a mechanism for fire fighting with better organisational handling. 

People as real owners of new system need some time to take simple, wise and fair decisions to deliver and protect the Swa-Raj or Self Raj.

Kashmir governance- Which format can work to keep people together along with National Security ?

Goli and No Swaraj- No Mohalla Samitte – is a bad Governance in Kashmir.

Why can`t the new Mohalla Samitti and Swaraj concept gets applied in Kashmir issue ? This challenge with correct awareness campaign need to be accepted by AAP Sevaks instead of dodging the issue and hiding behind the National Security issue as done in the past by BJP-Congress.

Can our new hope in India AAP settle this `K` deadlock in future ?

My friend Arvind Kejriwal can silence me and others on this issue by throwing a strong towel and excuse of National Security. I agree that National Security is bigger then the people`s referendum in Kashmir but sooner or later AAP political affairs committee has to deliver a clear policy on Kashmir instead of airing knee jerk conventional stand taken by traditional political parties. Arvind Kejriwal is correct when he says No to Refrundum but Yes to people`s consultancy mechanism.

Taking a tactic stand in favour of National Security is fine but the advantage should never go to the Hindu Taliban forces of RSS who in nexus with Congress has failed to give relief to Kasmiri pundit camps and cater solutions but are eager to trap AAP.

Let us understand the `short cut` tactic in a simple way.

At present the AAP stand in line with the other traditional parties is like the advocacy of my Paramilitary doctor friends from forces(Army, Navy, Airforce and police). These doctor friends enjoyed sharing with me the valuable X-ray reports of soldiers reported fit but were still carrying `compromised` bullets inside the body. Bullets inside the body are left untouched or are at times are not removed. The is wisely done by team of doctors who do not want to risk and unplug the wound and continue to decide that this bullet should be allowed to remain inside the body. A risk in such a situation can keep the body organs dis-united. Replace the bullet in the text with Kashmir state and swap the solder`s body with Bharat our nation which stand handicapped by negligence of the past politics.

We as Indians either have to live with this Kashmir situation along with the unwanted bullet as the stop cork inside or we have to educate the rest organs of our wounded body and the people of India.

Awareness is a must to win back the confidence of Kashmiri people, Kashmir pundits that were driven out in the past and the valuable culture of togetherness called `Kashmirat`.

She is not as popular as Anna Movement or Anna Hazare.

MLAs and UPA-2 role in stopping political murders and corruption is in Public Gaze.

Unaccountable security forces will not help improve.

Young men now in jail arrested during past two years in Kashmir should have been provided employment opportunity in the first place. Government has shown no seriousness in measures taken for providing economic relief to Kashmiri Pundits and for the continuous disruption of business and economic activities in the valley.

When Pakistan Army was more engaged in flood relief and rescue few months ago that was the time for the Indian side to win back Kashmiri lobbies by reaching out seriously to them.

In India outside Kashmir young minds in social sector are not even aware that why Hindu King of post Independent Kashmir was helpless when Pakistan attacked and majority of Muslims in J&K decided to remain be with Secular India and defeat the Kashmir grabbing plans of Pakistan.

Without proper base work and education to Public if Anna Team core member decides to comment on Kashmir situation, it is difficult to protect the Freedom of Speech in any abstract form.

Political mechanism in India controlled by the corrupt governance systems of Congress and BJP both have failed to cater solutions.

Can Anna Team Help or it shall also provide lip service only ?
What happened to Anna Pathshala Project and peoples education ?

Corruption, Criminalization & Terrorism cannot be fought separately and without people`s network.
